Taste Traditions white meat Chicken Enchilada 7 oz. seasoned, all white meat chicken, picante sauce and pepper jack cheese in fresh tortilla shells dipped in enchilada sauce and individually wrapped in deli paper.
Ready to Eat - PRODUCT REQUIRES FURTHER COOKING. COOK PRODUCT TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165ºF. MICROWAVE OVEN: MICROWAVE TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO MICROWAVE WATTAGE. DO NOT REMOVE WRAPPER. FROZEN: COOK ON HIGH 3 ½ - 4 ½ MINUTES. THAWED: COOK ON HIGH 1 ½ - 2 ½ MINUTES. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. REMOVE FILM WRAPPER. FROZEN: PLACE IN SHALLOW SPRAYED DISH. COVER AND COOK FOR 40-45 MIN. THAWED: PLACE IN A SHALLOW SPRAYED DISH. COVER AND COOK FOR 15-20 MIN.
Enchilada can be cooked in the microwave with the poly paper, 3-4 minutes from a frozen state and 2-3 minutes from a thawed state. Enchilada must be unwrapped to cook in oven. Poly paper is not ovenable. To cook in oven remove polypaper, place in tray and cover in enchilada sauce and cheese cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes @ 350° . Remove from oven and garnish with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese. Serve with Taste Traditions Spanish Rice and Refried Beans
