The lobsters harvested for our Canadian Lobster Tails are wild caught in the cold waters of Atlantic Canada. Lobster tail meat is mild and sweet in flavor, and the texture is firm, tender and somewhat fibrous. Lobster is a rich source of protein, copper and selenium and also contains zinc, phosphorus, vitamin B12, magnesium and vitamin E, making it a very healthy protein option. Lobster has become an extremely popular seafood, and chefs are using it in a huge variety of both appetizer and entree applications such as Lobster Macaroni and Cheese, Lobster Cakes, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Lobster Tacos, Lobster Ravioli and more.

Bake - Lobster tails taste delicious grilled, baked or poached. The raw meat can also be removed from the shell and used in various recipes. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Serve with sides like rice pilaf, quinoa salad, roasted potatoes or sautéed vegetables for a center-of-the-plate approach. Lobster tails are also great served alongside steak for a hearty Surf n' Turf entrée. Additionally, the raw meat can be removed from lobster tails and used in a huge variety of recipes for both appetizers and entrées.
