For maximum operational efficiency, BNT beef patties are individually quick frozen, and perform well under multiple cooking methods, from freezer straight to the grill. The BNT beef patty promises cost controlling exact portioning, food safety and back-of-the-house efficiencies that save operators time and money.

Grill - Cook patties from frozen state for best results. Grill: Place on a preheated (350F) grill and cook until juices begin to pool. Turn pattie and continue cooking until juices run clear. Always cook ground beef products to an internal temperature of 160F.
