Hidden Bay Warm Water Lobster Tails are caught exclusively in the pristine Caribbean Waters surrounding the islands of the The Bahamas. This Bahamas lobster fishery is in the final stages of Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification, expected in 2018. Warm Water Lobster Tails are produced in a world-class faciltity focused on precise quality standards. These Lobster Tails are guaranteed 100% net weight, Grade-A, with no cracked or soft shells, dark meat or blemishes. Each tail is individually bagged.

Bake - Lobster tails taste delicious grilled, baked, boiled, broiled, steamed or deep-fried. The raw meat can also be removed from the shell and used in various recipes. Fast cooking is essential to ensure tender meat. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Serve with sides like rice pilaf, quinoa salad, roasted potatoes or sautéed vegetables for a center-of-the-plate approach. Lobster tails are also great served alongside steak for a hearty Surf n' Turf entrée. Additionally, the raw meat can be removed from lobster tails and used in a huge variety of recipes for both appetizers and entrées.
