Prepared - Grill-ready pork chops are enhanced to bring out the natural flavor and give the meat a juicier texture. Enhanced chops will cook faster than non-basting pork chops. Season to taste. Broil, grill or bake enhanced pork chops at 425° F until internal temperature reaches 145° F. This takes approximately 8-12 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
