Chilean Salmon Portions are produced from farm raised Atlantic salmon off the coast of Chile. Farm raised Chilean salmon is very similar in taste and texture to farm raised Norwegian salmon, but it is slightly leaner resulting in a more mild tasting fish. These center-cut Chilean salmon portions are individually vacuum packed to ensure freshness and quality.

Bake - To avoid foodborne illness, it is necessary to cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145°F for 15 seconds until the flesh is opaque and flaky.

Salmon is an extremely popular fish and is commonly found in wraps, sandwiches, salads, tacos, burrito bowls and more. They can also be served with sides as a center of the plate protein option.
