The lobsters harvested for Canadian Lobster Tails are wild-caught in the cold waters of Atlantic Canada in rectangular, wire-mesh traps. Lobster tail meat is mild and sweet in flavor, and the texture is firm, tender and somewhat fibrous. Lobster is a rich source of protein, copper and selenium and also contains zinc, phosphorus, vitamin B12, magnesium and vitamin E, making it a very healthy protein option. Lobster has become an extremely popular seafood, and chefs are using it in a huge variety of both appetizer and entrée applications such as Lobster Macaroni and Cheese, Lobster Cakes, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Lobster Tacos, Lobster Ravioli and more.  Lobsters are brine frozen with an extra layer of glaze for protection purposes that does not effect the weight of the case.

Bake - Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Serve as entree.
