Simmer - In a large pan, bring 1 gallon of water to a boil. Empty 10 pound bag of potatoes into the boiling water. Allow potatoes to cook for 20-30 minutes, making sure product reaches 165°F for 2 minutes and desired tenderness level is reached.; Due to variance in equipment, heating time and temperature may require adjustment. Grill - Preheat Temp 375°F-400°F; Place 1 pound of potatoes on a preheated (375°F-400°F), oiled (1/4 C) grill. Allow potatoes to cook for 14-16 minutes, turning potatoes frequently (3-4 minutes) until product reaches 165°F for 2 minutes and desired texture and color.
