CMI Pancakes made with whole grain provide Heat and Serve convenience- no mixing/ griddle required, no mess, no waste; made from scratch taste .

Bake - PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Conventional Oven: Place frozen pancakes in single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until warm.

Microwave Oven: Place frozen pancakes in stacks of three on microwave-safe plate. Cover with paper towel and heat on high for time shown below.

HEATING TIMES:
600 Watt: 1 min. 20 seconds
1000 Watt: 1 min. 5 seconds

NOTE: Times given are approximate. Heating times may need adjusting. Do not overheat. DO NOT STEAM FROZEN PANCAKES.

High Altitude: Bake at 350°F, 15-18 minutes.

Serve with melted butter and syrup or top with fresh fruit and whipped topping
