Bake - DIRECTIONS: 1. PREHEAT GRIDDLE TO 365°F TO 400°F. 2. PUT cool water in large mixing bowl. ADD Pancake Mix. 3. BLEND with wire whisk until dry mix is well incorporated. (A slightly lumpy batter is acceptable). 4. POUR OR LADLE desired amount of batter on griddle. 5. FLIP pancakes when edges begin to dry (approximately 1½ minutes). FLIP ONLY ONCE. 6. BAKE approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes on second side. SERVE.
