Alpha Baking 5.75" individually wrapped hot dog bun is a tasty and perfect solution for any roller grill or catering event. Each bun is individually wrapped to ensure safety as well as freshness.

Thaw - Thaw and Serve or Prep. User may elect to heat and serve if appropriate for the serving application. STORAGE and HANDLING. Limited freezer space, no problem! Product may be held at room temperature upon delivery and will remain usable for 7-days when stored properly. Shelf Life 7-days after thaw or 365 days frozen from manufacturer date. End user may store at room temperature if used in 7 days. Store away from sunlight and heat exhaust vents. DO NOT refrigerate, as this will accelerate the staling process . If elected and to extend life of product, user may place in frozen inventory upon delivery. Allow next day usage to thaw at room temperature overnight or uncased for 4 hours. Avoid refreezing, as this tends to stress the product. DO NOT refrigerate, as this will accelerate the staling process. Avoid direct sunlight and heat vents.

This all-purpose bun is soft, white, and delicious! A great companion to your hot dogs, sausages, and other fillings. These individually wrapped buns are ideal for catering, dietary platters, and buffets where sanitary serving is a priority.

Keep product frozen until use. Thaw item(s) on an as needed basis. Do not re-freeze or store products in the cooler. Refrigeration increases the staling effect on bread. Thawing time for whole case is 7-9 hours. It is faster if items are taken out of the case. Thaw product to ambient temperature and wipe dry any moisture off of the bags.
