"Kick N Shrimp" with a crispy homestyle coating is ready to be tossed in a sauce or seasoning of choice. Par fried for both fryer or oven application. This is an "eat-it-all" shrimp perfect as an entree or ingredient in shrimp Po Boys, shrimp tacos, or shrimp wraps.
Unprepared - Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 F. Do not overload basket, deep fry for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 F is reached and drain prior to serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 F. Place item on oven sheet pan in a single layer and bake for 18-20 minutes, turn over half way through cooking for a crisper product. Let rest prior to serving.
Great for buffets or as an add on to another protein.
