Reconstitute - Preparation Instructions1. Measure and combine water and salt2. Bring liquid to a boil, remove from heat and pour into a mixing bowl3. Using whip attachment, set mixer on low speed, slowly add instant potatoes and mix for 1 minute. 4. Add butter or margarine if desired. 5. Scrape down bowl and whip on high speed until fluffy ... 3 to 5 minutes. - For thicker mash add more Instant Potato Mix. - For thinner mash add more boiling water.

Following preparation instructions bring 1 1/2 quarts water and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil. Slowly add 11 ounces (312 g) of Instant Potato Mix and mix on low for 1 minute. Stop mixer, scrape down the sides of the bowl and add 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine. Mix on high for 3 minutes then serve.
